Secondary responsibilities include performing Property Condition Assessments on existing commercial properties, monitoring construction and renovation projects, and supporting energy and ADA audit initiatives, enabling AEI to deliver thorough, reliable, and actionable building assessment and capital planning solutions across a broad range of property types and markets.
