We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the product design function, collaborating with Leadership, Engineering, Product and Marketing to design the full user journey for the product stack and make onchain complexity legible. You will surface risk, exposure, and returns to help users understand commitments and how outcomes change under different conditions. You will run user research, interview users, observe behavior, and translate findings into concrete feature scopes for engineering. You will partner with Engineering to define problems, weigh tradeoffs, and design within real protocol constraints. Requirements include deep on-chain fluency (wallets, approvals, signing, gas, transaction lifecycle, chain latency), a track record shipping a DeFi product to real users, a strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work, autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, and excellent cross-functional communication. Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping workflows is essential.
