Manager, Account Executive

Harbor Compliance is seeking a results-driven Manager, Account Executive to lead a team of Account Executives and drive $2.5M+ in annual recurring revenue. You will develop and execute a scalable sales strategy, set team targets, manage pipeline, and coach reps in prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing. You will ensure CRM hygiene and provide biweekly ARR forecasts with high accuracy. You will synthesize market feedback for product and partnerships teams and act as a strategic voice in the market.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve $2.5M+ ARR.
Develop and implement scalable sales strategies, target setting, pipeline management, and performance accountability.
Coach reps on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, negotiations, and contract close.
Oversee outreach, lead qualification, and opportunity funnel management.
Guide clients through the buying journey with customized pitches and win-win contracts.
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate deal documentation.
Deliver accurate ARR forecasts every two weeks with accuracy above 90%.
Communicate market trends and client needs to product and partnerships teams.

Requirements

5+ years B2B sales with a proven quota-exceeding track record; 2+ years leadership.
Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent in fast-paced environments.
Deep expertise in full-cycle sales and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) with pipeline reporting and analytics.
