Position: Senior Information Security Officer at Kiteworks. This is a hybrid role with three days in our Portsmouth office, Portsmouth, United States. You will be part of the global security and compliance team and are expected to lead security and compliance initiatives, audits, and risk management across IT, cloud, and software development. Kiteworks sells secure communication and collaboration products, so security and compliance are top priorities. The role reports to the Global IT CISO and involves independent work as well as leading team projects. You will run external security audits (ISO 27001, BSI C5, SOC 2), perform gap analyses, implement new security frameworks, and maintain information security procedures across departments. You will act as the domain owner for identity and access management and supplier management, execute control tasks, and coordinate with control owners to ensure timely task execution. You will use AI to automate recurring tasks, drive security improvement projects, handle incidents, participate in weekly security meetings, answer security and privacy questions from customers and colleagues, and onboard newly acquired companies to the global security and compliance program. Requirements: At least 5 years of information security and compliance experience; experience with ISO 27001; experience with BSI C5 or SOC 2; audits; risk analysis; identity and access management; knowledge of GDPR and privacy legislation; affinity with IT and software development; affinity with AI; experience in a tech company is preferred; pragmatic problem-solving skil
