Veras, a fast-growing healthtech startup, is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Core Product team in Lehi, Utah. This on-site role focuses on building full-stack features for the Veras platform that powers workforce management for senior care facilities across the United States. You will contribute to platform architecture, including navigation, settings, roles and permissions, and data models, and help the system scale as usage grows from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of users. You will own projects end-to-end—from problem discovery through deployment, monitoring, and iteration—working closely with product and design to solve real customer problems and push for better solutions. You will support production operations, improve reliability, and help shape product direction alongside the founding team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data modeling; strong architectural instincts; and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Ops and infrastructure experience is a bonus; familiarity with our stack (TypeScript, React/Remix, Postgres, AWS) is helpful, as is experience with mobile (React Native) or third-party integrations.
