Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will partner with facility and operations leaders to drive financial performance across multi-facility operations. In this hybrid role based in Montebello, CA, you will lead financial review meetings, translate data into actionable guidance, and support month-end close, audits, and ad-hoc strategic projects with the FP&A team. Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets; preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis; and analyzing key operational drivers such as census, payer mix, labor costs, and reimbursement trends, coaching facility teams on insights to improve performance. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 5–8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience with multi-facility exposure; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; demonstrated ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences; sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have: healthcare experience (SNF or long-term care), Power BI/Tableau or similar dashboarding experience, and familiarity with healthcare data systems and ERP platforms.
