The Senior Community Manager position partners with multiple Boards of Directors to develop goals for homeowners’ associations and to deploy the appropriate strategic plans to meet those goals. This role requires industry expertise in HOA management, CC&Rs and Bylaws, contract and vendor management, accounting procedures, and safety practices. The Senior Community Manager will oversee several accounts during attrition, transition, or account set up and will collaborate with various departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed to meet client needs. Prior management experience as a portfolio manager and CCAM®, CMCA®, or AMS® designations are preferred.
