Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit and relevant KPIs, ensuring consistency, transparency and forecast reliability.
• Support performance tracking against plans and prior-year comparatives; provide explanations for variances and actionable insights.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to BU leadership; collaborate with BU teams to improve planning quality, reporting discipline and decision support.
• Guide BU leadership on financial processes, assumptions and outputs; align with Group Controlling expectations.
• Coordinate with Group BI, Group SCM, Regional Commercial Controlling and other Group functions to align processes and support local affiliates.
• Oversee Sales & Marketing investments, including Gross-to-Net, G&A and S&M costs; support resource allocation discussions to maximize ROI.
• Drive efficiency with data-driven analysis, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and transversal cost reporting.
• Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new technologies and reporting solutions to improve automation and insights.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes for the commercial area.
