Sales Trainer - Inside Sales & Account Management (Fixed Term) – Milan, Italy (Office-first) SumUp is expanding its Telesales and Account Management teams, and this role will own onboarding and skills development for reps across two European markets, equipping new hires with product knowledge and core selling skills, while coaching existing reps to grow performance. Responsibilities include designing and delivering live training sessions for Telesales and Account Management, running onboarding programs, tracking impact through assessments and shadowing, and providing structured follow-ups to ramp up sales performance. You will partner with Team Leads and EU Training Leadership to build programmes that improve sales volume, quality, and multi-product selling, and share best practices with the wider Sales Enablement team across Europe. The role requires the ability to adapt training materials for multiple markets and languages and to travel within Europe approximately every other month.
