UFC GYM is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to lead Private Training and Small Group Training sales, deliver exceptional member service, and drive revenue from Private Training and Supplements. This on-site role requires supervising scheduling and time-keeping, overseeing coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include selling and conducting Private Training and Small Group Training, building client relationships, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting revenue-generating activities such as supplement booths and seminars. The Fitness Sales Manager reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and works on-site in Wayne, New Jersey, United States. Qualifications include in-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. A minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym, CPR/AED, a high school diploma or GED (a four-year degree is preferred), and at least two years of related experience are required. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 45+ lbs.
