This is a producing role focused on the daily management of sales activities, including conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions, and riding with the team on calls to assess performance and coach for improvement. You will work closely with the Division Manager to define sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets; actively recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales reps; conducting field ride-alongs and training; fostering accountability and a customer-first culture; and maintaining professional, ethical sales practices.
