Teltonika Networks is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with leading networking solutions and develop your B2B sales skills. Teltonika Networks designs and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems, serving customers in Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role you will: - Contribute to market research, identifying market potential and growth opportunities. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through regular contact, presentations, and visits. - Prepare commercial proposals and manage contracts to achieve sales targets. - Represent Teltonika Networks at exhibitions and meetings abroad. - Collaborate with the technical support and product teams to address customer requirements.

What we expect: - Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written) as primary working languages. - At least 1 year of B2B sales experience. - Organized, results-driven, and motivated by challenges. - Ambition to generate substantial earnings by expanding into foreign markets with innovative products. - Willingness to travel internationally.
