As a Retail Sales Manager, you will coach and develop team members to deliver best-in-class customer service, exceed sales targets, and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities such as hiring, scheduling, training and developing staff, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and upholding company policies. You will work to achieve location goals by coaching employees to meet KPIs, maintain staffing levels through recruiting and retention, and build a loyal client base through ethical, customer-centric business practices.
