Shawbrook is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Accountant for an on-site role in London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of regulatory returns to the PRA, FCA and BoE, including COREP, FINREP and other prudential and statistical returns. The role will support the ongoing enhancement of the regulatory reporting framework through automation, process improvement and data quality initiatives, collaborating with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Technology and other stakeholders to ensure reporting processes remain robust, efficient and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing regulatory statistical and supervisory returns to BoE, PRA, FCA and EBA (including Common Reporting); reviewing returns to ensure accuracy; assisting with the implementation and automation of current and forthcoming regulatory returns; improving data extraction; designing reports to support regulatory submissions; liaising with Finance and other stakeholders to improve data quality; maintaining and updating regulatory reporting documentation, policies and procedures; assisting with other external reporting as required; and supporting the production of additional external reports as needed. Qualifications include experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial services; strong understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements (COREP, FINREP and statistical reporting); up-to-date knowledge of PRA, FCA and BoE developments; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
