Recruiter on-site in Tempe, Arizona, United States to support Talent Acquisition for client needs. You will screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference and background checks, administer drug tests, and complete new-hire paperwork while delivering a positive candidate experience. You will promote TTEC as an employer of choice in the local community by building strong relationships and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to contribute to the business through recruitment initiatives.

Daily activities include acting as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate journey, fostering an inclusive environment, consistently meeting recruiting targets, understanding client objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements, implementing high-volume sourcing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, improving key hiring metrics, and organizing a structured schedule for screening and interviewing a high volume of candidates weekly.

What you bring to the role: a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of recruiting experience (B2B or B2C sales recruiting preferred), strong ability to interview for sales performance and skills, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management, and strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring.
