Responsibilities include Pre-Tender: review ITT/RFQ documents, specifications, and drawings; lead the preparation of technical proposals, methodologies, and execution strategies; coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to develop BOQ/MTO and cost estimates; identify project risks and mitigation strategies; participate in bid clarifications; support value engineering. Post-Tender: lead project kick-off and handover; manage overall execution; coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation); monitor progress, budget and resources; oversee engineering deliverables, procurement, and construction; manage RFIs, variations, and change orders; ensure quality assurance, HSE compliance, and documentation; liaise with clients and stakeholders; support commissioning, testing, and close-out activities.
