GT Independence, a national financial management services (FMS) provider supporting Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS) and self-direction programs across the United States, is expanding its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to bring execution discipline, transparency, and measurable value to strategic initiatives. This is an on-site role based in the United States. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, following EPMO protocols and PMI-aligned methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid). They will coordinate with executive sponsors, subject-matter experts, operations, IT, finance, compliance, and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget. They will support new state and contract launches by managing readiness activities, training coordination, vendor integration, and go-live execution. They will identify workflow bottlenecks and champion process improvements through change requests and standardized SOPs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; 5-8 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives; Strong working knowledge of PMI PMBOK-based methodology; PMP certification or relevant experience preferred; Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
