About Tahaluf: Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, known for hosting flagship events such as LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA, and CPHI Middle East. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead activations in Riyadh under a hybrid work model.

Role Overview: As Project Manager - Activations, based in Riyadh, you will drive end-to-end activation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones and risks, and ensure on-site delivery of major events. You will work with the Special Projects team, Marketing Manager, and Event Manager to deliver exceptional experiences and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Manage inter-department processes, milestones, and risk management. - Coordinate project management systems, procedures, and workflows to ensure timely delivery. - Conduct continuous risk assessments, including milestone alignment, resource planning, and contingency planning. - Manage stakeholder interactions across internal teams and external partners at all levels. - Ensure clear communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. - Lead event delivery with the Special Projects, Marketing, and Event teams; direct onsite staff and coordinate non-department deliverables such as badging and merchandise. - Support marketing, programming, and operations in event delivery; act as the point of contact for custom projects. - Manage speakers’ assets from confirmation to final delivery of presentations and conten
