Invictus is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large enterprise cybersecurity services program for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). The Program Manager directs and administers all contract activities to meet the established budget and schedule, overseeing cybersecurity systems engineering, Tier 1–4 service maintenance, defensive cyber operations tasking, and surge support across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
