In this role you will shape product roadmaps that align category strategy with customer needs, technical possibilities, and commercial ambitions; drive product lifecycle activities from ideation and development through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement; and partner with Product Development and Engineering to define requirements, evaluate options, and shape future solutions. You will build business cases and secure alignment across functions and regions to support informed decisions and successful execution. Some travel within Denmark and internationally to meet customers, installers, markets, and development teams is expected. We welcome candidates with at least five years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, or related technical roles, a relevant technical degree in Engineering, Product Design, Architecture, or Building Technology, and a track record of delivering technically complex products. Experience in building materials, construction, fenestration, or durable consumer products is advantageous but not required.
