Infilla is seeking a Product Manager, Mobile to lead the Inspections and Code Enforcement products from concept to live deployments so Infilla can offer a full permitting system to jurisdictions. Infilla’s mission is to help housing supply grow faster. The United States is short millions of homes, and local permitting is a major bottleneck with approvals taking months to years. Infilla is building a modern permitting platform that helps local governments review projects faster, more consistently, and more transparently. Current customers include San Francisco, New York City, and the State of Delaware, among others. The company is backed by Basis Set Ventures, Base10 Partners, Urban Innovation Fund, SHAKTI VC, 20Growth, Bloomberg Beta, and more than twenty founders/operators who have built products at scale.

What you’ll deliver: - Inspections product goes live within three months of start, retiring inspectors’ old process - Code Enforcement product goes live within five months of start, retiring code enforcement officers’ old process

What you’ve done previously: - Shipped a 0-to-1 B2B mobile product - Been a founding or early PM at a seed or Series A company - Shipped AI features that users rely on, and actively use AI in the work

What you’re great at: - Product judgment: ruthlessly prioritizing, conducting field research, and using product analytics to identify the core problems to solve; designs for how work actually happens - Ownership with urgency: taking features from spec to trained users quickly, including data migration and adoption post-launch - Stakeholder manag
