We are seeking a Product Manager – Loyalty, Partnerships responsible for defining, developing and continuously optimizing the company’s loyalty program and leveraging strategic partnerships. The role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution to ensure loyalty initiatives run smoothly and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities: - Own and evolve the loyalty product strategy, including value proposition, reward mechanics, benefits, customer journeys and operating rules - Identify, evaluate, develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the loyalty proposition and commercial performance - Build and evaluate business cases for new partnerships and loyalty initiatives - Monitor performance through KPIs (member acquisition, active members, redemptions, usage, conversion) and translate data into actionable insights - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams on member engagement and activation campaigns - Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis within the energy sector, loyalty ecosystems and partnership models, including regulatory and commercial developments - Ensure smooth execution of partnerships, timelines, deliverables and data quality - Ensure financial alignment and cost control across partnerships
