Goodweek is seeking a Product Manager to own an end-to-end product area, including the customer segment it serves, the business outcomes it drives, and the path from validated problems to shipped solutions with your squad. You’ll define and maintain the roadmap for your area in collaboration with the Head of Product, and ensure stakeholders understand the why behind upcoming work. This is an early-stage, fast-moving role requiring rapid learning, hypothesis testing, and scaling what works. Responsibilities include shaping the roadmap, conducting discovery (interviews, usability tests, journey mapping, and data analysis), defining success metrics, taking features from idea to launch and iteration, maintaining the squad backlog and user stories, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on customer needs and go-to-market. You’ll communicate progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders and, where relevant, to customers or partners.
