Product Manager - Airport Operations Technology is responsible for defining and delivering technology capabilities to support airport operations across Etihad’s global network, with a focus on Amadeus Customer Management and related airport systems. The role partners with Airport Operations, Digital Technology, vendors, and airport authorities to translate operational priorities into a clear product roadmap, manage delivery, and ensure changes are implemented safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, backlog, and delivery plans for airport operations technology products; leading system upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, regulatory updates, and technology releases; collaborating with Airport Operations to define requirements and translate business needs into actionable outcomes; coordinating ORAT activities for airport openings, station startups, migrations, and changes to ensure technology readiness and cutover preparedness; acting as the primary interface between Airport Operations, Digital Technology, Amadeus, airport authorities, ground handlers, and vendors; managing delivery schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness across multiple global stations and regions; working with Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver features, testing, and deployment; supporting UAT, trials, go-live activities, hyper care, and continuous service improvement; and proactively identifying and mitigating risks, vendor dependencies, and stakeholder issues.
