UpCloud is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Partnerships Team and shape our partner ecosystem. This role can be based in our Helsinki office or remote anywhere in Europe. You will own the Partnerships roadmap, manage a structured backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive scalable partner programs. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitive activity to develop the ecosystem; defining plans to nurture and grow partner relationships; onboarding partners smoothly; and translating market opportunities into a strategic commercial vision. You will work with other product managers to ensure alignment across the organization, and lead the team with ownership, accountability, and innovation.
