Carrier access is our core value proposition, and you will own how agents discover carriers, request access, and move toward quoting across 150+ carrier relationships, working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and our US-based business team, as well as carrier partners directly. This is not a pure build role; you’ll coordinate access requirements and go-to-market timing with carriers and the business side, often acting as an informal leader to a broad group of colleagues who don’t report to you. You’ll be expected to inspire collaboration and bring people along through clear reasoning and problem framing.
