Senior Project Manager needed to own cross-functional projects across digital launches, marketing campaigns, live and virtual events, coaching programs, digital products/platforms, podcast and media initiatives, and other company priorities. This fully remote role operates on an EST schedule (8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM). You will work with leadership and teams including Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners to turn business objectives into executable project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and QA, and drive projects to successful completion. This is not an administrative position. You are an operator who identifies all requirements, establishes ownership, anticipates risk, holds stakeholders accountable, and relentlessly closes loops until results are delivered. Responsibilities: Own multiple concurrent cross-functional projects across digital launches, marketing campaigns, live and virtual events, coaching programs, digital products/platforms, podcast/media initiatives, and other priorities. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows within Asana or similar tools. Drive sophisticated digital launches involving CRM and marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, emails, landing pages, copy, testing, and hard launch deadlines
