The role manages purchasing, invoice reconciliation, stocking and returns to stock, and oversees pharmacy automation for retail operations. Responsibilities include conducting semi-annual inventory counts, coordinating with internal audit and finance, and ensuring proper drug storage, pedigree compliance, and recall oversight. The position works with vendors to place orders through wholesalers, GPOs, dropship programs, 340B, or manufacturer designees, and collaborates with finance to provide accruals and financial reporting. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license, 1–3 years of related healthcare experience, and proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
