The Manager, People Operations leads the day-to-day delivery of core People Operations services in the United States and Canada, including employee lifecycle processes, data administration, and HR operational support. This hands-on manager role may directly manage contractors and specialists on the People Operations team as the organization grows. The role ensures payroll inputs, employee records, and audits are prioritized and executed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established policies, processes, controls, and service expectations.
