Wrknest is seeking an Operations Quality Engineer for a client in Västerås, Sweden. This is an on-site role that supports the Operations Quality Manager with quality expertise to ensure and continuously improve quality throughout production processes. You will work both operationally and strategically, monitoring quality performance, analysing deviations, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves close collaboration with Production, Supplier Quality, R&D and Production Engineering. You will initiate and drive Lean Six Sigma activities aimed at reducing scrap, rework and other quality-related issues. This position offers the opportunity to work across the improvement process—from data analysis and root cause investigation to implementation and follow-up of corrective actions.
