Delta Faucet Company is seeking an Operations Finance Manager (Plant Accounting Manager) to support plant operations financially by maintaining the general ledger, managing month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and controlling inventory. The role will prepare weekly, monthly, and annual management reports for plant leadership and will provide insights to drive cost reduction, operational excellence, and strategic decisions. Reporting to the Category Controller, this position partners with Finance teams at headquarters, plant leadership, and other Masco locations. Success is measured by cost per earned hour oversight, cycle-count reliability, and adherence to SOX controls. Responsibilities include: leading the implementation of accounting policies to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley; managing the month-end close process, financial reporting, and variance analysis; leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital with actionable variance analysis; collaborating with operations to support continuous improvement; monitoring overhead spending, labor efficiency, and cost drivers to identify issues and opportunities; delivering timely financial reports to plant management and headquarters; coordinating cycle-counts and inventory control reconciliations with corporate standards; contributing to strategic projects and initiatives.
