Responsibilities

• Develop and manage statements of work (SOWs) that meet client needs, define services and compensation, and minimize risk.
• Monitor account activity against the SOW, flag out-of-scope work, and manage scope changes with the internal team.
• Develop hours estimates and manage those estimates with the account team; pull hours reports and maintain tracking sheets; facilitate discussions about time allocations; manage billing status.
• Understand client organizational needs to facilitate client setup in Advantage; responsible for setup and closing of job numbers, campaign codes, and media plans.
• File management: organize and consistently name files on servers or drives; manage key documents such as creative files, contracts, SOWs, media briefs, channel strategies, measurement plans, tactical plans, creative specs, and invoices.
• Timeliness and task management: develop campaign timelines with the team, provide updates
