Responsibilities

Design marketing campaigns for online and offline channels
Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities
Create, process, authorize, and quality-control print media
Manage social media
Conceptualize and execute events
Commercial training or business studies with a focus on marketing / social media
Solid experience in managing marketing campaigns and activities
Proficiency with social media tools is a plus
Knowledge of design and layout for posts, print media, and other relevant media
Ideally proficient with: Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress and Typo3
