SpaceX is seeking a Manager, Starlink Customer Success (Americas) to lead the team responsible for our enterprise reseller business across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The role will manage Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists and be accountable for the performance and growth of the existing book. This on-site role is based in Redmond, Washington. You will grow revenue by expanding Starlink adoption across hardware, service, data, and other products, while maintaining strong commercial relationships. The team operates across multiple markets with different currencies, billing and tax requirements, logistics models, and customer needs, and you will develop a clear strategy to address these variations. This is a player-coach position: you will set priorities, coach and develop your team, and stay close to key customers to handle growth opportunities, renewals, payment issues, and escalations. Responsibility includes hiring and developing the team, growing revenue, identifying opportunities to expand Starlink usage, building hardware and service forecasts, and coordinating with Sales, Channel Sales, Finance, Tax, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics to move opportunities forward. You will align with regional Sales and Channel Sales to deliver a consistent message on growth priorities, identify recurring issues, and resolve them at scale, knowing when to coach or delegate. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 6+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or another commercial role for a technical prod
