Within the Project Factory of the Strategy & Office organization, you will shape the strategic vision, qualify opportunities, and build the governance framework that enables delivery and measures business impact. You will support multiple products—website, app, hotel tools, distribution systems—and coordinate cross-functional teams across the organization up to C-level, establishing governance bodies and steering committees, monitoring progress against quality, cost, and timelines, and providing regular reporting to Sponsors and Business Owners. Ideal candidates have around 7 years of experience in cross-functional program and project management with a strong strategic orientation, excellent communication, autonomy, and the ability to adapt in an international, English-speaking environment.
