Cafeyn is seeking a Lead Product Designer in Paris to shape the user experience across Cafeyn and Readly platforms for 2M+ users in 15 geographies. The role blends craft leadership with people management, as you lead a small design team and translate user needs and business objectives into visually compelling, intuitive designs. You will oversee the end-to-end design process—from discovery and hypothesis testing to shaping features for development—ensuring brand consistency, platform-agnostic outputs, and technically feasible handoffs to engineering. You will work with analysts and researchers to ground designs in evidence, contribute to and evolve our global Design System, and advocate for the user across the organization. You will also champion AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, QA, and overall velocity, while establishing guardrails for responsible use. Requirements: 8+ years of Product Design experience in high-growth B2C environments with millions of users, prior people leadership, proficiency with Figma, strong understanding of mobile constraints, and fluency in French and English for international collaboration. The position is based in Paris with a hybrid policy allowing two remote days per week.
