About the role

Overview: This is a newly created role. You will shape it together with our Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to drive Klaviyo-based campaigns across four markets: France, Benelux, Italy, and Spain.

Responsibilities

Success metrics after 12 months: Central lifecycle flows automated across all four markets; established testing routine; healthy, growing, engaged lists.

Campaigns & Lifecycle: Plan, build, and manage newsletters and CRM campaigns for four markets. Develop lifecycle flows in Klaviyo (Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Abandoned Cart, Post Purchase, Winback, Replenishment). Decide which segments receive which messages and measure success.
Testing & Analysis: Plan A/B tests; decide which subject lines, send times, and segments go live. Interpret metrics such as CR, AOV, and repurchase rate; implement changes. Maintain deliverability and list hygiene to support growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, and Content; report to Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager.

Requirements

Must-have: 1–4 years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing; strong Klaviyo or similar automation platform experience; experience in D2C or e-commerce; ability to read campaign metrics and translate into actions; excellent German and English skills. Nice-to-have: international or multilingual CRM projects; French, Italian, or Dutch language skills; Shopify Plus, loyalty programs, or WhatsApp/SMS marketing. What you get:
