This hybrid role will support People Partners and business leaders in executing key HR processes and shaping a high-energy workplace. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees on People-related topics, partner with managers on onboarding and day-to-day people management, and assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and organizational changes. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, contribute to workforce planning, ensure compliance with local regulations, analyze HR data to identify trends, and support the design and execution of development plans and learning initiatives. The role also includes maintaining accurate HR data and supporting internal communications and change management. Qualifications include 3–5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, a bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Labor Law, Business Administration or related fields, fluency in Italian and English, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. A proactive, solution-focused mindset, excellent communication and time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential. Experience analyzing HR data to derive actionable insights is a plus.
