The Junior Inside Sales Representative will be a core member of a sales pod, working closely with a Senior Sales Representative and other pod members to develop new accounts, grow existing customers, and execute day-to-day sales activity. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real accounts, real revenue responsibility, and a clear development path into a full Inside Sales or Outside Sales role.

Responsibilities - Support the sales pod's Senior Sales Representative in managing and growing a defined book of business - Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes for assigned pod accounts - Process orders accurately and efficiently through the ERP system - Communicate daily with customers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries - Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet pod service levels - Participate in outbound call campaigns and account development efforts within the pod - Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM - Learn metal products, grades, applications, and market pricing trends - Contr
