Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our New Castle, Delaware team. This role will be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customer inquiries and will support both individual customers and the Outside Sales team by managing quotes, processing orders, and handling day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and clients coming back. Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate quotes, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and inventory teams to meet demand, and arranging delivery schedules. You will also help maintain a clean showroom, promote featured products, and assist with product samples and catalogs. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales-based customer service or 3+ years in inside sales, strong communication and multitasking skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and company software (including CSD), and a customer-centric mindset. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
