The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries and spare parts sales throughout the full commercial cycle, from receiving RFQs and identifying the appropriate parts to quotation, order processing, delivery, and invoicing. Responsibilities include handling RFQs, customer emails and phone inquiries; accurately identifying spare parts using part numbers, catalogs, manuals, drawings, and product descriptions; researching pricing and availability and preparing accurate quotations; following up on quotations and contributing to sales targets; processing customer orders through the ERP system; coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment through delivery and invoicing; monitoring purchasing, logistics, forwarding, and shipment activities; maintaining up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM; collaborating with Technical, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Accounting teams; managing existing customer accounts and supporting the development of long-term commercial relationships.
