Baselayer is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels that convert into a qualified pipeline. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, the company website, social partnerships, and content syndication to reach risk, compliance, and fraud leaders at banks, credit unions, and fintechs. You will own the budget, testing roadmap, and reporting, and your results will appear in pipeline reviews and leadership discussions. This role requires hands-on involvement with ad accounts and data-driven decision making, focusing on pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics. Based in New York City; full-time in office.
