The Finance Manager oversees financial reporting, audit coordination, accounting operations, staff development, and continuous process improvement. This role serves as a key liaison to Fund management, auditors, and Trustees by researching accounting activity, reviewing transactions and journal entries, explaining variances, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
