Ramboll is seeking a Document Controller to join the Admin Shared Service. The Document Control team provides centralized administrative support for UK projects across Buildings, Transport and Energy markets, delivering high-quality, efficient processes. In this role you will be the main point of contact for designated projects, provide cover for a lead document controller, and assist with project setup for document control and rollout. You will build internal and external relationships, perform QA checks to ensure documents comply with project protocols and naming conventions, and distribute documents to CDEs via workflows and transmittals. You will work with multiple project teams to ensure documents are issued to client deadlines, respond to requests for document downloads, and maintain the exchange of information in ProjectWise while ensuring correct use of the system. You will provide CDE training to project teams so they can locate information and understand project processes. You will check that drawing issue sheets, TIDPs and trackers are up to date, set up distribution lists, and participate in project setup trainings to understand protocols. You will support CDE and user management where applicable, assist with planning and resourcing, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in document control, excellent communication and planning skills, and proficiency with document control tools (e.g., ProjectWise, Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, SharePoint, and other construction collaboration platforms).
