OBDeleven is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help shape our cloud infrastructure and engineering platforms. The role covers cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, observability, security automation, and reliability, with ownership of not only how our systems run but how we build and operate them. Responsibilities include designing, operating, and continuously improving secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure; building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, OpenTofu, or similar tools; designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and reusable workflows for automated testing, security validation, deployment, and release processes; managing containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes; collaborating with development teams to resolve infrastructure, deployment, networking, and environment issues; implementing DevSecOps and software supply chain security controls (secret scanning, dependency and container vulnerability scanning, and CI/CD security gates); monitoring health, performance, availability, capacity, and resource utilization and turning monitoring data into actionable improvements; applying least-privilege principles; automating repetitive operational tasks; identifying capacity and cost risks and recommending right-sizing and improvements; contributing to governance and automation initiatives including Policy-as-Code, tagging, compliance evidence, and reporting; maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
