Bosch Service Solutions S.A. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Lisbon team. You will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance and development of our Delivery Platform, implementing new features and rolling out a network-isolated Kubernetes platform, and migrating tenants using a blue-green cluster migration approach. You will continuously improve platform security, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency, manage cost controls, and ensure security compliance. You will participate in operational and incident response processes and work closely with the platform architects and the Product Owner to contribute new ideas and drive ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with Azure, especially AKS, Kubernetes networking, cloud security, and platform operations; - Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi), GitOps, CI/CD, and platform automation; - Experience with monitoring and observability solutions (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry); - Understanding of Gateway API, ingress controllers, service networking, traffic management, and cloud-native networking concepts; - Strong incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational excellence; - Experience with Platform Engineering, automation, self-service platform capabilities, and AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, streamline operations, and build scalable platform solutions; - Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support customer communication during critical incidents.
