Position summary: The CM Project Manager will provide construction management oversight for rail/transit projects, interpreting and coordinating client goals, schedules, budgets, and contract documents. The role serves as a technical advisor to the Owner and project team, mentors junior staff, and performs other duties as assigned. This is an on-site role based in Washington, DC, United States. Essential functions and responsibilities include developing Project Management Plans (PMPs), maintaining project schedules and budgets, conducting constructability reviews, preparing correspondence and responses to contractors, developing QA programs, submitting monthly progress reports, coordinating with sub-consultants and the client, and leading a team to meet performance commitments. Salary range: $110,000.00 – $176,800.00, commensurate with experience and certifications.
