You will greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, promote unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades, and educate customers on the benefits of different packages. You will strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service. Additional duties include light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience, directing vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel, and helping keep the facility clean. You will learn proper chemical handling and use basic computer skills.
