Gas N Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative in Romeoville, Illinois. The role focuses on connecting customers with our services and driving membership sales. Responsibilities include greeting customers with energy, promoting and selling unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades; educating customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons; meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service; assisting with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience; directing vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel; helping maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the facility, including landscaping; and learning proper chemical handling. Requirements include 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus); a confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills; a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets; the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; a team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers; open availability including weekends; the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
