AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst II to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Infrastructure and Risk Modeling Environment (IRME). This role connects mission stakeholders and technical teams by assessing business needs, workflows, adoption, and modernization options, and supports project planning and decision making for risk modeling and analytical capabilities.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Security Requirements: Must successfully complete the required DHS/CISA IRME background investigation and obtain and maintain a favorable suitability/fitness determination and required facility and system access.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship required for DHS IT system access. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications: - A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience will be considered. - 2–4 years of related experience in business systems analysis, requirements analysis, financial analysis for IT projects, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and gap analysis. - Ability to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Experience preparing cost-benefit analyses, evaluating
